Self Esteem Affirmations




Using self esteem affirmations every day can be very helpful in shifting our destructive thought patterns and giving us more confidence and self belief



Low self esteem, can really hold us back and prevent us from achieving what we want in life not to mention happiness and success!


Often though it is so ingrained in us, through habitual negative thought that it takes a lot of conscious effort to change our thought patterns.


Try and set aside a little time every day to repeat some self esteem affirmations, the more you do this, the better you will feel about yourself.


The subconscious mind is non-judgemental, so it believes what ever you tell it to be true, either with your thoughts or words

Whether you habitually tell it - for example


  • "I'm just a useless jerk and nothing ever goes right for me"

    OR

  • "I'm a powerful person and I know I can make anything
    happen if I want to"!



    The subconscious mind believes and acts on whatever thoughts you feed it. It takes what you think or say on board and makes it true! like a self fulfilling prophecy, this concept is exactly how and why the self esteem affirmations work!


    Gradually you mind soaks up the new positive thought pattern and makes it manifest!


    Having a good self image or self esteem really means loving yourself - exactly as you are!


    We are all equal to each other - exactly as we are, It doesn’t matter what anyone else says or thinks about us!



    It's what you think about yourself that governs your life!


    Notice how all happy and successful people do not have low self esteem - they really believe in themselves!



    Here are some examples of self esteem affirmations

    You may want to think up some more that are more appropriate to you, some people find it helpful to do their affirmations in front of a mirror, but do what ever feels comfortable to you

    You can repeat them either out loud or quietly to yourself, but do try to get into the habit of doing them every day, as it can take sometime for them to start working!

    You can do them anywhere really - in your car or even on the train or bus!

    Try these - daily affirmations to build your self esteem

  • I totally and completely respect who I am!

  • I unconditionally love and accept myself exactly as I am!

  • I really deserve to be happy and successful!

  • I give love unconditionally and receive it back multiplied!

  • I am a truly lovable person!

  • I approve of myself and others!

  • I freely let go of the past and move on to my fantastic future!

  • I am determined to be successful!

  • I make my own choices for myself!

  • I choose happiness!

  • I like me, exactly as I am!

  • I accept that others have the right to their opinion, even if I don't share it!

  • I completely believe in myself no matter what!

  • Others can say what they like, I am still happy!

  • I am attracting good fortune into my life right now!

  • I am big enough to deal with whatever life throws at me!

  • I am so grateful for my life and all my experiences!.

  • I am attracting only the best into my life!

  • I appreciate everything and everyone in my life!

  • I can do anything I set my mind to!

  • I forgive myself, others and the past, I am now moving on!

  • I have a loving and flexible spirit!

  • I always do my very best, that’s all I can do!

  • I am open to change!

  • I am determined to be happy!


    Try to practice these self esteem affirmations every day and you will start to see changes in the way you feel about yourself, others will notice too! and you will start to attract better things into your life.Affirmations are also very effective when used with EFT Emotional freedom technique & muscle testing
